Responsibilities:
- Inform Supervisor of any complaints
- Discuss with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Promote events and sales of Food and Beverages
- Ensure proper setting of tables
- Ensure Cleanining of furniture and equipment in his/her section
- Responsible for proper set up of tables
- Serve food and beverages as per the hotel standard
- Ensure that guests receive efficient service
- Follow all food and beverage procedures
- Ensure that all bills are signed after service
Qualifications:
- NC3 Restaurant & Bar Service
- Minimum Form V
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong interpersonal skills
