Employment Information

Main Duties:

  • Maintain a proper Masterfile for all insurances pertaining to the Company's lease book.

  • Maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval.

  • Process files for archiving and ensure easy retrieval.

  • Identify files for registration as per set timelines, manage returned cases and provide regular reports and feedback on lease activity.

  • Respond promptly to stakeholders and answer queries from customers.

  • Assist the operations team with daily operations.


Profile:

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Dynamic, proactive and attentive to details


Qualifications & Experience:

  • HSC 

  • At least two (2) years' relevant work experience
