Main Duties:
- Maintain a proper Masterfile for all insurances pertaining to the Company's lease book.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval.
- Process files for archiving and ensure easy retrieval.
- Identify files for registration as per set timelines, manage returned cases and provide regular reports and feedback on lease activity.
- Respond promptly to stakeholders and answer queries from customers.
- Assist the operations team with daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- HSC
- At least two (2) years' relevant work experience
