Main Duties:
- Receive and review customer orders for sugar cubes and Dina sugar products.
- Verify product specifications, packaging formats, quantities, and delivery deadlines.
- Enter and monitor orders in the ERP - Netsuite/order management system.
- Ensure orders are confirmed and communicated to relevant departments.
- Monitor order progress through the manufacturing process.
- Anticipate production constraints and adjust timelines where necessary.
- Ensure priority orders or export shipments are clearly communicated to production teams.
- Serve as the main contact point between sales teams and internal departments.
- Handle customer queries related to orders, packaging, specifications, and shipment.
- Monitor stock levels of finished goods, packaging / raw materials, and key components.
- Coordinate with procurement or warehouse teams to ensure availability of packaging materials (boxes, wrapping film, labels, etc.).
- Coordinate with logistics teams to organize dispatches and shipment schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation is prepared for deliveries and export orders.
- Ensure orders comply with product specifications, labeling requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain order tracking reports and delivery performance indicators.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize order processing and production planning.

Qualifications & Experience
- SC, HSC with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
