Key Responsibilities
Advertising & Media Sales
- Sell premium DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) and OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising opportunities across a portfolio of retail shopping centres
- Drive revenue growth through digital billboards, static billboards, retail media, promotional campaigns, and advertising solutions
- Develop innovative advertising and media packages tailored to client objectives
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare advertising proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements
Business Development
- Identify and secure new advertisers, corporate clients, and media agencies
- Build long-term relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, retailers, and national brands
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase advertising revenue
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and proactive sales activities
DOOH, OOH & Campaign Management
- Sell DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) campaigns, OOH advertising, digital billboards, and retail media opportunities
- Coordinate advertising campaigns from concept through execution
- Manage promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and experiential marketing activations
- Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign reporting
- Work closely with shopping centre marketing teams to maximise campaign success
Promotions, Events & Exhibitions
- Coordinate retail promotions, brand activations, exhibitions, and experiential marketing campaigns
- Manage exhibition bookings and promotional activations
- Liaise with tenants, suppliers, agencies, and event partners
- Ensure campaigns align with shopping centre marketing strategies and retailer objectives
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, retailers, and corporate clients
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling advertising solutions
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasting reports
- Monitor advertising inventory, campaign schedules, and revenue performance
- Prepare monthly sales reports and revenue forecasts
- Ensure contracts, bookings, and advertising agreements are accurately administered
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in advertising sales, media sales, business development, or DOOH/OOH sales
- Proven experience selling DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) advertising, OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising, digital billboards, retail media, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, or sponsorship opportunities
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with advertising agencies, media buyers, retailers, and corporate clients
- Strong commercial negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Valid driver's licence
