Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and track routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to reduce vehicle downtime.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles meet local regulatory standards, monitor driver logs, and assist with accident investigations.
Performance Monitoring: Utilize fleet management software to track fuel consumption, mileage, and general operating costs.
Inventory Management: Oversee spare parts, tires, and essential supplies required for workshop repairs.
Driver Supervision: Assist in assigning vehicles and dispatch operations, while managing daily driver rosters and performance.
Vendor Relations: Coordinate with external service providers, fuel stations, and mechanics for outsourced repair work.
