RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the monthly accounting function, including month-end processing, reconciliations, journals and management accounts.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, fixed assets, inventory and balance sheet accounts across multiple business units.
- Oversee debtors, creditors, cash flow management and banking activities to support effective working capital management.
- Prepare financial reports, analyse business performance and provide management with meaningful financial insights.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and strategic financial projects.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, payroll and other statutory requirements, while supporting annual audits and maintaining strong financial controls.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems, processes and reporting across a diverse group of businesses.
REQUIREMENTS: - BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Completed SAICA, SAIPA / CIMA articles preferred.
- 3–8 years relevant accounting experience.
