Experienced Parts Storeman for Repair Centre (Passenger & Commercial) - Gauteng, Southern Suburbs

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and capture incoming parts deliveries accurately on TMS Teamwork
• Issue parts to technicians against active repair orders and job cards
• Maintain an organised, clean, and correctly labelled parts store at all times
• Process and manage parts orders using TMS Teamwork and Microsoft Office (Outlook)
• Liaise with parts suppliers, couriers, and assessors for procurement and returns
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders as required
• Process credits, returns, and warranty claims on incorrect or damaged parts
• Ensure all parts documentation (delivery notes, invoices, job allocations) is filed correctly
• Report shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to workshop management promptly
• Support estimators and foremen with parts availability queries and lead times
• Be familiar with returns processes and documentation for KIA/HYUNDAI

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Parts Storeman in a panel beating or motor vehicle workshop environment
• Proven working knowledge of body repair parts — makes, models, OEM vs aftermarket
• Experience using TMS Teamwork for parts processing and job allocation is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Outlook
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders, job cards, and parts requisitions
• Sound knowledge of parts suppliers in the Gauteng market
• Valid South African ID
• Must be immediately available
