Qualified Passenger Vehicle Technician for Service Centre (Premium Brand) - Cape Town

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine servicing and maintenance on passenger vehicles
• Carry out mechanical repairs in accordance with workshop standards and manufacturer specifications
• Conduct inspections and identify vehicle faults
• Assist with diagnostic and troubleshooting tasks when required
• Complete job cards accurately and maintain service records
• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high-quality standard
• Adhere to health and safety procedures within the workshop
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good working condition
• Support team objectives and contribute to a productive workshop environment
• Participate in ongoing technical and skills development training programmes

• Consistently achieve a minimum of 9 productive labour hours per day
• Complete assigned work within allocated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
• Demonstrate efficiency, reliability, and accountability in daily workshop activities

• Qualified Passenger Vehicle Technician (Trade Tested) within the automotive industry, service centre or workshop environment
• Newly qualified technicians are encouraged to apply
• Valid driver's licence
• Basic diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Sound understanding of vehicle servicing and repair procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer literate
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing technical training
