Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design artwork for print and digital media, including flyers, brochures, business cards, banners, signage, and promotional materials.
• Prepare print-ready files according to production specifications.
• Operate and maintain digital printing equipment and related machinery.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure colour accuracy and print quality.
• Liaise with clients regarding design requirements, amendments, and approvals.
• Manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines.
• Assist with finishing processes such as cutting, laminating, binding, and mounting.
• Ensure consistency with branding and client specifications.
• Monitor stock levels of printing materials and report shortages.
• Troubleshoot basic printing and artwork issues as they arise.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Print Operator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
• Knowledge of large-format printing, digital printing, and print production processes.
• Strong understanding of colour management and print specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in signage, branding, vehicle wraps, and promotional products.
• Knowledge of vinyl cutting and large-format printers.
• Experience with RIP software and print workflow systems.
• Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting abilities.
