Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth. The role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building high-performing teams, and expanding market share while ensuring strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive performance and accountability.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Establish and monitor sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics using tools such as Salesforce.
- Strengthen relationships with key clients and partners to drive long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 8–12+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing teams and driving performance in competitive markets
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
