About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the organization's human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development initiatives that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace issues.
- Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits, and payroll administration processes.
- Design and implement training and capacity-building initiatives.
- Support organizational change management and culture-building efforts.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting systems.
- Advise management on workforce planning and human capital strategies.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (CHRP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
