We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Data Analyst to support data collection, reporting, analysis, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple business sources.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, distribution, inventory, and operational performance.
* Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
* Support data quality management and ensure accuracy of business information.
* Assist in forecasting, planning, and performance analysis activities.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight performance gaps.
* Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support reporting requirements.
* Support the development and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and reporting platforms.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
* Maintain data confidentiality and comply with company policies.
