We are seeking a dedicated, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Stock Control Officer.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and distribution points.
* Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.
* Investigate stock discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
* Ensure proper stock receiving, storage, transfer, and dispatch procedures are followed.
* Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
* Verify stock transactions and ensure timely system updates.
* Prepare inventory reports and stock movement analyses.
* Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and sales teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Support periodic audits and provide required inventory documentation.
* Ensure compliance with company inventory management policies and procedures.
