We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-oriented Senior Finance Officer to strengthen our finance function and support the company’s continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
* Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators.
* Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
* Perform account reconciliations and oversee general ledger activities.
* Conduct financial analysis and provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
* Support inventory accounting, stock valuation, and cost control activities.
* Monitor profitability and financial performance across sales channels and distribution operations.
* Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance reporting.
* Analyze sales, distribution, and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
* Ensure tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements are met.
* Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
* Strengthen financial controls and identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Assist the CFO in financial decision-making and strategic initiatives.
