Job Summary

  • As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of petrol, CNG, and electric bikes and tricycles by acquiring new customers, building strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new customers while achieving assigned sales targets
  • Conduct field visits to transport hubs, markets, garages, and fleet operators to generate leads and drive product adoption
  • Build and maintain relationships with transport unions, cooperatives, logistics companies, and key stakeholders
  • Organize product demonstrations, test rides, and promotional campaigns to increase market penetration
  • Maintain accurate sales records, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition within the automotive, mobility, renewable energy, logistics, fintech, or related sectors
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Ability to explain technical products and financing solutions to customers in a simple and engaging manner
  • Experience working with transport unions, cooperatives, fleet operators, or logistics companies is an added advantage
