A renowned media agency across the African continent, with footprints in Botswana, is looking to recruit for the position below. Job Summary Type: full-time Location: Selibe Phikwe Category: Media Closing Date: 2026-06-30 Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for digital, social media, and promotional campaigns.Edit videos using tools such as CapCut and Adobe After Effects to create polished, engaging final outputs.Develop storyboards, scripts, and shot concepts that align with campaign goals and brand direction.Direct on-site shoots, manage camera setups, lighting, audio, and ensure strong production quality.Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to deliver video projects on time and to brief. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Design or equivalent.Practical hands-on design experience is a must.Portfolio is a must.At least 2+ years of experience in agencies, creative industries, content production, marketing, or media environments.Able to "get it" quickly and translate briefs into effective visual work.Switched on, proactive, and reliable.Able to take initiative in a fast-paced creative environment.Capable of working under minimal supervision.Strong eye for layout, branding, and presentation.Good communication, time management, and attention to detail.Must be willing to relocate to Selibe Phikwe.Must be available to commence employment on 1 July 2026.
