Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's strategic and annual business plans.
- Provide overall leadership and direction to the executive management team.
- Monitor organizational performance against strategic objectives and KPIs.
- Lead business development initiatives and identify new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, financial institutions, customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure effective financial management, budgeting, and resource utilization.
- Oversee compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Drive organizational performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Approve major operational and financial decisions in line with company policies.
- Promote a high-performance culture and provide leadership to senior management.
