Duties & Responsibilities
- To provide the highest level of quality service to our guests ensuring high levels of comfort and customer expectation met.
- Provide attention and service to guests as per hotel standards
- Ensure health and safety and procedures are respected
- Performs set up of treatment rooms, laboratory, relaxation area and Spa facilities as instructed by immediate superiors.
- Re set up treatment rooms after each guest
- Attends daily briefing and receives instruction from supervisors and managers covering the daily planning of the Spa that he/she is assigned to work for
- Report any maintenance problem in treatments rooms or in public area
- Immediately inform superior of any guest complain
Qualification & Experience
- Degree or current license in Beauty and Body therapy
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage
- Outgoing and dynamic personality with ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in both English and French
- Preference will be given to candidates living in the Eastern Region
- Communication and customer service skills
